Store Clerk/Reservations Agent

We are currently seeking a qualified Store Clerk for our property in Howe, IN. The successful candidates maintain property operations by attracting and serving residents, while ensuring the financial goals are met.
Job Duties include:
Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, spring/summer holidays. All candidates must be able to effectively communicate with co workers, management and customers within our community. Candidate must be self a self starter and a dedicated team member.
Roles and Responsibilities (Job assignments include but are not limited to the following:
Create and sustain a positive customer friendly environment
Process data within point of sales system (ACE)
Process data within reservation system (DigRez)
Cashier operations
Manage office and front gate phone calls
Inventory and replenish general store products
Maintain a orderly and clean working area
Manager's Discretion
Requirements include:
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to details
Computer proficiency required
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to handle the sales traffic

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
